Hotel Lock System Compositon:

Normally,this system is composed of the bellowing parts:

1) Electronic Lock: To open the door. (Qty=Guest room)

2) Card-reader: To issue/read all kinds of card;

3) Power-saving Switch: To get power with card in guset room. (Qty=Guest room)

4) Cards: To open the lock. Normally, the quantity is 3 times of guest room;

5) Data collector: Collect unlock records. It is helpful for hotel to check the unlock record. Optional by customers;

6) Hotel management software:Hotel door lock management system, free of charge.For setting the program the whole system.

Function of the card you can issued from software and software function
system card	used to program lock,clear lock data
guest card	used to unlock the door for customer,you can set valid time for the card such as one day,two days etc.
floor card	card for staff,after swipe this card on the door,the lock will be normal open, you can open the lock without swiping a card,after swiping a valid card can cancel this function
group card	you can set several different lock to be one group,then a group card can unlock all lock belong to this group
record card	used to lead the unlock record from lock
lost card	if the customer lost his card,but this card is still in valid time,you can issue a lost card and swipe on that door,the lost card will be invalid
terminate card	swipe this card on the lock,all the guest card belong to this lock will be invalid
master card	card for staff,this card can unlock all the lock belong to this system
